Kitchen Design/Remodeling - Corian Backsplash Removal (Kitchen Backsplash Ideas)

Question 8
Hi Kitchen backsplash ideas expert!

I would like to remove the 4" Corian back splash attached to the countertop in order to replace it with all new 6" ceramic tiles. How do I remove the back splash without damaging the countertop or wall? I have heard that this is not recommended, is it even worth it? What do you think?

Answer
Hi

You can easily remove the backsplash if it is separated from the countertop, sometimes corian backsplash is attached on the countertop, but if you think it is not your case you can remove it, just go easy or you can damage your wall, they may have some adhesive or silicone behind to glue the backsplash on the wall.
If it is worth?? if you don't like it go ahead and change it, do what you think is best for you and your kitchen.

Good Luck
